The hotel is located in a peaceful neighborhood, away from the busy areas of the city. There are convenient stores and restaurants in close proximity to the hotel. Public transportation options like bus stations and the MTR are just a short walk away. The staff at the hotel were helpful and fluent in English.

Rooms are clean and comfortable. Free shuttle service is convenient, but make sure to book in advance. Plenty of local eating places nearby. Free phone provided is a nice perk.

The room had plenty of power sockets and the family room was spacious by Hong Kong standards. The WiFi was fast and reliable. The rain shower had good water pressure. The housekeeping staff were friendly and responsive. The complimentary shuttle bus was convenient for getting to Tseun Wan and Tsuen Wan West for food and transport options. The cafe near reception was open until 10:30 pm and there was a free shuttle service to Tsim Sha Tsui Station and Kwai Fong Station. The breakfast was amazing. The hotel was clean and the bed was comfortable. The shuttle service to Tsing Yi Station was a great perk. Staff were friendly.

The hotel is conveniently located near train stations and not close to shops or restaurants. It is situated straight down a motorway, about a 5-minute walk away. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with polite and friendly staff providing excellent service. Guests can enjoy a scenic view from the windows, and the hotel offers facilities such as breakfast, shuttle services, and umbrellas.
The hotel lacks nearby dining options and guests may find it inconvenient to have limited choices for food within the hotel premises.

The room was comfortable, clean, and relaxing. The breakfast had a variety of delicious options. The staff was helpful and the bathtub was appreciated. The smartphone provision was a great bonus. The location was convenient, close to the MTR station, and the hotel was new and nice. The shuttle bus and mobile phone were added bonuses.

Staying here was a great decision! I loved how this place was situated on the edge of an industrial area, as it was so peaceful and away from the crowds. The staff were so attentive, offering services like room service, dry cleaning, and 24-hour reception. I also appreciated all the extra amenities provided, such as the shops on-site, laundry facilities, and helpful tours/ticket assistance. My room was very spacious and clean, with great amenities like an electric kettle, flat-screen TV, and free toiletries. The leisure swimming pool and outdoor jacuzzi were awesome perks too.
I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.
